How is payment processed?
Checkout runs on Yoco, a South African payment provider. Your card details are entered on their secure page. We never see or store them. Prices are shown in US dollars, but Yoco charges in South African Rand, so your bank applies its own conversion rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee.
When does Premium activate?
After Yoco confirms payment to our server (usually within seconds). The success page updates automatically once your account is upgraded.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
There is nothing to cancel. Premium is a one-time payment for 30 days and never renews, so you can't be charged again. If you want your money back, email seannkiwani5@gmail.com within 14 days of paying and we'll refund it in full, no reason needed. South African law also gives you a 7-day cooling-off right on top of that.
